Baker Lane, Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast 2016
This wine is deep, lush and attentive. A blend of three vineyards in the Sonoma Coast appellation, Hurst, Plenty and Ramondo, Baker Lane is a full bodied Pinot Noir. Dark, rich cherry notes will hug your nose and palate like a pillowy, down comforter. The finish continues to bring layers of red fruits with just a touch of spice and wood. We love this wine for its pleasure and balance. Made by winemaker Greg Adams. 14.3% alc. Just 320 cases produced.
Baker Lane's proprietor, Stephen Singer, is well known in the Bay Area restaurant scene and his passion for great food and creating a great dining vibe naturally lead him to wine. In the early 2000s, Singer stumbled upon a tiny vineyard property on Baker Lane in Rohnert Park (Northern California) and quickly realized its potential for producing great wines with unique character and supreme deliciousness.
