Saint K, Flower Bomb, French Camp Vineyard, Malvasia Bianca, Paso Robles 2017
No one has ever said winemaker Chris Kiranbay was a saint, but he's got a bit of life experience. Chris learned about holiness from his childhood in the Middle East. He learned about selfless dedication from some former coworkers who shall remain nameless and he learned about benevolence from ex-girlfriends. The name Saint K is a nod to his proclivity to earn a reputation.
This wine will remind you of the first time you kissed your 8th grade crush. Flower Bomb is light to medium gold in color. You'll be entertained by flavors and aromas of white blossoms, chamomile, lemon curd, tropical fruits, a touch of mint and lemon zest. It has great acid and is medium bodied. Flower Bomb was pressed directly into 2 stainless and 2 neutral French oak barrels fermented and aged on lees until bottling. 12.3% alc. Only 90 cases produced.
